Sliders HIIT workout

Hi woosome people!
I hope you all are doing great ;)

Today, I have super time saving workout idea for you .
I am using one of my favourite piece of equipment,  the sliders 😈😈😈
These little bad boys will take your workout to another level so, be prepared for a challengeπŸ’ͺπŸ˜‰
Please remember, it's not so much about speed , it's about the quality of repetitions - that is the key to build a strong body and staying away from an injury πŸ‘

Set timer to perform each exercise for 30 secs with only 10 secs break in between.

Aim for 3-5 rounds in total.

If you using an interval timer just like me ,set your timer to 15x 10/30 ( for 3 rounds)
5x 10/30 (for 5 rounds)

 Each round consists of :

 1)sliding back lunges, alt.sides
 2)sliding side lunges, alt.sides
 3)press up with side slide, alt.sides
 4)mountain climbers on sliders
 5)sliding pikes


Don't attempt to perform any form of HIIT training if you suffer from heart conditions or any other serious health conditions . Alternatively, consult it with your doctor before hand.
