"Resistance is my friend "

Hi guys,

Today I am sharing with you one of my ideas,
how to implement weights into your interval training.
I can't emphasize enough how much I love this type of training
First- it saves me a lot of time (which is precious to me)
Two- this type of training (with a small moderation made to it) can be performed anywhere.. so no gym membership is needed
Three- it works muscles and cardiovascular system at the same time.

Little disclaimer:

Don't attempt this type of training if you have a heart conditions .
Switch timed rounds to repetitions instead and have longer breaks so your pulse stay in healthy range.

Otherwise,  set your interval timer for 30 secs max effort and 10 secs rest in between exercises.
Aim to accomplish 3- 5 rounds
