Healthy chicken made easy and tasty

This is one of my favourite πŸ₯˜πŸ₯˜πŸ₯˜

Very simple recipe, tasty..and pretty looking too 😜

This chicken can be used as part of  the main meal ; your favourite salad ; healthy sandwich, wrap or even soup.....many options to choose from, which is a bonus πŸ‘Œ

Ingredients:

1kg skinless chicken breast
Smoked paprika powder
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Pink Himalayan salt
A bit of fresh lemon juice
Few slices of fresh lemon
1 tbsp of rapseed oil

Method:

Put chicken breasts in a bowl ,add spices, lemon juice and oil.
Mix it well till all chicken breasts are evenly covered with spices.

Lie them down on a baking tray or a roasting dish , one next to another.
Place a single slice of lemon on each breast

Place tray/roasting dish in the pre-heated oven
To 200°C /  392°F / Gas 6 .
Roasting time : 60 minutes
