"Flex your happiness" home workout

Today I had one of those glorious mornings ...I woke up early...really early ...just as I like.
I had a nice cup of coffee , meditated for 20 mins and then ....I felt inspired...to train 😈😜πŸ’ͺ

So today's post is about my home based interval workout....

Short, fast and sweet way of getting in to higher gear! Physically and mentallyπŸ˜‰πŸ’ͺ🧘‍♀️πŸ‘Œ

 I like my usual 5 rounds , so I did 5 of 5 different exercises .

 Set your timer to :

25x10/30 ( 5 rounds)
 Or
15x10/30 (3 rounds if you are a beginner)

 Each round consists of :

 1) side lunge kettle bell shoulder press L
 2) side lunge kettle bell shoulder press R
 3) tricep dips
 4) 4 scissor up and down to 2 double leg raises   5) press up, 2 cross knee tucks , 2 straight leg kick backs
