On a serious note, I had a wonderful coffee and chat with my friend Tracy this afternoon !
She is running her own rehabilitation clinic in Gloucester. 
Helping people to get mobile again is her true passion which you can sense for miles!!! This woman knows her stuff!!!

Ps...we both looked for "John's" arms,but we could not find them anywhere...🤔🤔🤔
Doesn't matter, John was very affectionate anyways 😂😂😂

Little mind game challenge

 I made conscious decision to stop moaning and switching my thoughts /words to positive ones ,from today for next 40 days...

In general, I am very positive person so it is easy for me to look for good rather than bad, however I decided to test myself and bring more awareness to my communication habits and skills.

I thought it would be easier! as soon as I entered the gym this morning, the first person whom I spoke to ,was moaning about the quality of equipment they had at the premises! I know we are creatures of habits and I almost fall for it just to participate in conversation, but likely I remembered what I promised to myself so I didn't. Instead , I switched the subject and pointed out things that were good about that place.
I felt good afterwards. The day has not been over yet though ,it will be interesting to see how many more times I will find myself in similar situation again? Will I give in or switch to positive thinking?
What is the level of my positivity??Lets see...

By the way, is it not interesting how people connect and engage in conversations?

New direction

I worked as a personal trainer for over 5 years. Always loved fitness and helping people to achieve their goals as much as my own.
For the last 3 years or so, I have been studying more of the mindset , the engine and power behind any success in any field. I combined it with my physical activities and developed my " woonique " system that has been bringing amazing and sustainable results.
I achieved a lot utilising these techniques personally and with my clients.

But this year , I felt burnt out. Burnt out not of passion to what I do, rather of repeating the same thing over and over....I needed a change, motion forward...

I decided to stop doing personal training - break the pattern ,recharge my batteries, take time to think.... become willing to receive an inspiration for the new direction and then take a positive action steps towards it.

And it came :)

I am rested and feeling positive again...ready to start expressing myself fully in field which I feel very passionate about...new direction is here:)

It links with fitness beautifully in a very woonique way...

Law of Attraction , Power of Positive Intentions, Emotions- their power and meaning, Affirmations, Nutrition and real benefits of exercising....all combined together, that's the mixture I am bringing to the table

oh, not to miss out a travelling bit - as this is also very important to me
