My morning routine

 I love waking up round 5 am, have my coffee, meditation and set my intentions for the day . This ritual always helps me to get into this positive state of mind. I could call this, my magic hour....there is something really special about this morning peace, no people around, birds singing ,fresh air...just a pure stillness ...
I also tend to schedule my training for morning hours, another great energy/endorphin booster that I find super important for me , especially at times when something of someone throw me of my balance a bit...workout is a great way of disconnecting myself form a problem and bringing the harmony back to my life :)
