20 mins to total happiness. Simply train, your body and mind will thank you for it ;)



Good workout doesn't have to be long ,trust me on that πŸ˜ˆπŸ˜‰πŸ’ͺ

Try out my 'Sunday's sliding monster' workout, it's only 20 mins ...but in reality it feels like 40 πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ™ˆπŸ€πŸ€«

If you don't have sliding pads- don't worry- you can use small towels, a magazine if you do it on a carpet floor or simply step into positions instead of sliding πŸ˜‰

Set your timer to 25 x 10/30

5 rounds of:

1) sliding back lunges( alt.sides) - 30 secs

10 secs rest

2) sliding side lunges(alt.sides) - 30 secs

10 secs rest

3) press up with side slide (alt.sides) - 30 secs

10 secs rest

4) mountain climbers - 30 secs

10 secs rest

5) sliding pikes - 30 secs
