20 mins to total happiness. Simply train, your body and mind will thank you for it ;)



Good workout doesn't have to be long ,trust me on that 😈😉💪

Try out my 'Sunday's sliding monster' workout, it's only 20 mins ...but in reality it feels like 40 😂😂😂🙈🤐🤫

If you don't have sliding pads- don't worry- you can use small towels, a magazine if you do it on a carpet floor or simply step into positions instead of sliding 😉

Set your timer to 25 x 10/30

5 rounds of:

1) sliding back lunges( alt.sides) - 30 secs

10 secs rest

2) sliding side lunges(alt.sides) - 30 secs

10 secs rest

3) press up with side slide (alt.sides) - 30 secs

10 secs rest

4) mountain climbers - 30 secs

10 secs rest

5) sliding pikes - 30 secs

My morning routine

 I love waking up round 5 am, have my coffee, meditation and set my intentions for the day . This ritual always helps me to get into this positive state of mind. I could call this, my magic hour....there is something really special about this morning peace, no people around, birds singing ,fresh air...just a pure stillness ...
I also tend to schedule my training for morning hours, another great energy/endorphin booster that I find super important for me , especially at times when something of someone throw me of my balance a bit...workout is a great way of disconnecting myself form a problem and bringing the harmony back to my life :)
